Alexis “Lexi” Adams, age 50, passed away early this morning, April 16, 2008 at 1251 am at Florida East Hospital in Orlando Florida. At this point in time there are no plans for a wake/viewing but there will be a graveside service on Tuesday 4-22-08 @ Mount Nebo Kendall Memorial Gardens in Miami. Florida.
